Returns and Refund Policy
Returns and Refunds:
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Domestic orders
- Your return request will be eligible on the following conditions:
- If the product is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition. (video required)
- If the wrong item is delivered to you like wrong size, colour, quantity.
- For products to be eligible for return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
- Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery only.
- Return and refund is not applicable for custom orders.
- The shipping charges on returns are to be borne by the customer.
- Cancellation of orders must be done within 24hrs from the time of order for the customer to be eligible for a refund.
- Refunds will be processed only after the products are completely examined and approved by our quality control team.
International orders
- Return policy is not applicable for international orders. Nevertheless, a refund will be issued if the product is delivered in damaged/defective condition only (video required)
- Only the product cost will be refunded in case you receive damaged or defective items. The shipping cost for damaged products is non-refundable.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and examined, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If your refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
